I have experience in various aspects of business management including finance, operations, and human resources. This knowledge and experience ensures that I am efficiently equipped to oversee the day-to-day operations of our business.

I oversee compliance to industry regulations, ensure standards are met and monitor client satisfaction. I am responsible for the development and implementation of compliance, policies and procedures, and ensure that all employees are thoroughly trained in these areas.

In my role, I work closely with Bora and the team, to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency, not only within the business spectrum, but also with the encouragement and nurturing of the extremely collaborative, welcoming, friendly office culture we are delighted to have.
